Equality and Diversity

Chambers is firmly committed to equality and diversity in all aspects of its operation and management.

Chambers has two Equality and Diversity Officers: Richard Davis KC and Kendal Watkinson. Together they monitor the effective implementation of the Equality and Diversity Policy and review it accordingly.

In accordance with the requirements of the Bar Standards Board, Chambers has collected anonymous diversity statistics for all members, pupils, and staff. Statistics have not been published as the number of participants risks the identification of individuals.
