We accept instructions from solicitors, in-house lawyers, patent and trade mark attorneys, on a direct public access basis, and from other approved bodies

Barristers are not permitted by their Code of Conduct to accept certain types of instructions, such as instructions to conduct litigation or to gather evidence. For further details, please refer to the Bar Council’s website.
