Chambers is always pleased to consider tenancy applications from established practitioners (including solicitors and patent and trade mark attorneys covered by an Approved Regulator). Applications will be evaluated initially by a small committee, which will then decide whether to interview potential candidates. All applications will be treated in confidence. The committee looks for able, personable individuals who can demonstrate suitable experience and ability across a range of advocacy, advisory and written work. Final decisions as to tenancy applications are made by Chambers as a whole.
Please send applications marked “Tenancy” (for established barrister practitioners) and “Cross Qualifying Practitioner” (for solicitors, trade mark and patent attorneys) to admin@hogarthchambers.com.
Applications should be in the form of a CV and covering letter and should refer to any exemptions the applicant has secured or is seeking (if relevant) from the BSB.
